I have always felt a deep connection to nature. It inspires my work and reminds me of how important it is to our well-being. Nature is the foundation of everything we’ve built, so why do we continue to harm it?

In my art, I aim to highlight human impact on the environment. Human activity has changed 75 percent of the Earth's surface, and we extract over 55 billion tons of fossil fuels, minerals, and biomass every year. The rate of deforestation is alarming—between five and ten percent of tropical species will go extinct each decade.

I often think about the future and what kind of world I want to live in. I imagine a world where we live in harmony with nature, where children can experience forests and wildlife in person, not just through images because we've destroyed it.

We all have a role in protecting the planet. Small actions, when added together, can make a big difference. The question is: where do we begin?
